When Brian and Angie Harper purchased Summit Cleaning & Restoration in 2005, they didn’t have an overly ambitious goal of becoming the largest fire and water damage restoration company in Oregon; their goal was to become the best. They started their business with two employees and a passion for customer service at the corner of First and Ida in Stayton, Oregon.
Their headquarters are still in Stayton but they have many locations throughout the Pacific Northwest including Portland, Salem, and Eugene. They employ over sixty people and have a significant impact on the property damage recovery industry assisting more than a thousand commercial and residential customers per year to restore their properties.
A well-rounded staff means that Summit can take care of a wide variety of projects including, but not limited to, structural drying and reconstruction, Summit Cleaning & Restoration and air duct inspection, odor removal, and biohazard cleanup. This is the main reason why they have a reputation for providing outstanding customer service and being a pleasure to work with. The company also takes pride in its community involvement donating time, money, and supplies to local causes throughout the year. This includes helping with the statewide disaster relief efforts by participating in the Cleanup and Recovery event, which helps put water-damaged homes back together for residents and businesses across the state.
One of their most notable achievements is the establishment of a network of IICRC-certified water damage mitigation technicians, who are on call 24 hours a day to handle emergencies. The team is highly trained in the latest techniques and technology to ensure a successful recovery from any damage scenario.
